   Huh, seems to have lost a bunch of i2p and cjdns nodes. My crawler might be having some connection issues.

    I ran the script myself and the diff of the result is quite large, which seems expected since none of this is deterministic.

    i2p and cjdns nodes

    fwiw https://21.ninja/reachable-nodes/nodes-by-net-type/ shows about 3k reachable i2p and 13 cjdns nodes

    Changes in the makeseeds.py script look fine. I ran the script myself and the direct diff isn't super useful, but it produced a similar number of seeds at least.
