Currently the test framework would just create a folder "cache" in the pwd. This is bad practice and causes confusion (e.g. when the tests fail depending on what your current pwd is).
This also includes two other cleanup commits.

Tests seem to pass except for walletbackup / wallet-dump that have been failing intermittently anyways.
