zapwallettxes test broken #5609

in qa/rpc-test/ the zapwallettxes.sh test is broken. It looks like the test doesn't include fees in the expected values.

Partial output bad balance: 489.99999808 (expected 490)

Needs remove, rewrite (python) or fix.

Low prio.
