    Running a -DDEBUG_LOCKORDER -g Bitcoin-Qt on OSX, I got the above crash after sending a payment via a payment request (Gyft->Bitpay).

    @gavinandresen Somehow related, could you look into #5216 and comment? I removed an unneded lock there btw. and would like to further extend the pull or create additional ones but need some review or ACKs.
