QT: Preference Pane Okay/Apply #3030

    QT Preference Pane: Shouldn't we remove the "Apply" button and just use a "Okay" button? I think it would be more end-user capable then. IMO: Nowadays nobody uses apply without okay.

    Fine with me... would remove some of the awful complication from the code, too.
