Travis apt download for trusty is failing with 401 #17626

    All Travis runs are failing for 14.04 / trusty.

    Apt fails with the following:

    Probably too early to just delete Trusty, see #17628 :-( So hopefully it comes back soon.

    Looks like they're forcing our hand in this.
