<!-- This issue tracker is only for technical issues related to Bitcoin Core. <!-- Describe the issue -->

In the latest version v0.19.0.1, in Information window, the "Memory Pool" information says: "Current number of transactions N/A" and "Memory usage N/A"

I am able to run comands to see transactions in mempool, so its there, so should not say "N/A"

<!--- What behavior did you expect? -->

"Current number of transactions" and "Memory usage" should show values.

<!--- What was the actual behavior (provide screenshots if the issue is GUI-related)? -->

    See screenshot

<!--- How reliably can you reproduce the issue, what are the steps to do so? -->

I rebooted machine, I restarted Bitcoin Core several times. It still says "N/A".

<!-- What version of Bitcoin Core are you using, where did you get it (website, self-compiled, etc)? -->

v0.19.0.1, downloaded from bitcoin.org website. Downloaded the 64bit EXE file

<!-- What type of machine are you observing the error on (OS/CPU and disk type)? -->

Windows 10, Intel Core i7-7700 @ 3.60 GHz, SSD for app and Samsung M2 for data.

<!-- GUI-related issue? What is your operating system and its version? If Linux, what is your desktop environment and graphical shell? -->

    See above

<!--- This is normally the contents of a `debug.log` or `config.log` file. Raw text or a link to a pastebin type site are preferred. -->

    debug.log Capture

PS: I just installed the new version v0.19.0.1 on top of previous version, v0.18.1, which was fully synced before install of the new version.

Also, I install the program files to C: (SSD disc) and data files to E: (M2 disc), from v0.18.1, and did not change any configurations on where to save data after installing latest version v0.19.1. I can see I get new blocks from the network.
