Don't show 'no (Qt5)' in configure when GUI is disabled #16989

Printing "(Qt5)" in the first place is a holdover from when both Qt4 and Qt5 were supported, and might be useful in the future again when multiple GUI backends are supported. However, printing a specific GUI toolkit name when the GUI is disabled is never useful. Just "no" will do.

checking whether to build Bitcoin Core GUI... no (Qt5)
