< bitcoind starts silently >

I would expect it to complain loudly about unexpected option (flag).

My original problem wasn't about -foo, but about a typo in important option.

Sorry for the noise, I wasn't able to find #13112 during my initial search. Hope a new version with this fix will be released soon.
