    when i makeing source code 0.15.0 at win10 platform , i get this error random.h:131:14: error: 'ssize_t' does not name a type static const ssize_t NUM_OS_RANDOM_BYTES = 32;

    I guess you are using Microsoft C++ compiler. This issue is already solved with later commits that 0.15.0. See #11558 If you use latest code from master then it should compile fine.
