The duplicate ampersands might be plaguing other translations as well; it was a simple search and replace.

This needs to be fixed directly on Transifex, which is our translation master.

Take a look at https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/bitcoin/resource/tx/l/sv/ and look through the translated strings. I did this an discovered, that i.e. it reads "& Kopiera till Urklipp" instead of &Kopiera till Urklipp. I'm not sure if that's a problem with transifex or the translator.
