Pool hopping behaviour of Bitcoin miners
A monthly panel of mining pools (blocks, hash rate share, payouts, fees, reward rules), monthly tables of miner addresses hopping between pools, payout pattern statistics, and a block-to-pool attribution table, as CSV files plus one pandas pickle. The authors derived it from the blockchain with BlockSci, published pool tags and a heuristic tracing payouts from coinbase outputs to miners. Useful for studying miner migration; attribution and payout tracing are heuristic.
