Bitcoin OP_RETURN metadata
One CSV row per transaction carrying an OP_RETURN output, giving the transaction hash, its time, the payload and the protocol it is attributed to. Built at the University of Cagliari by scanning the blockchain for OP_RETURN scripts and matching them against known data-embedding protocols. Useful for studying what is stored on chain and by which application; only protocols the authors identified are labelled, and the scan covers a fixed prefix of the chain.
